Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation contravenes this subsection if a person does not give the corporation a signed consent to act as a director of the corporation before being appointed.
(2) The corporation must keep the consent.
(3) An offence against subsection (1) or (2) is an offence of strict liability.
