COMMONWEALTH BANKS RESTRUCTURING ACT 1990 - SECT 3

    In this Act:

"amended Act" means the Commonwealth Banks Act 1959 , as amended by this Act.

"Commonwealth Bank" means the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

"Development Bank" means the Commonwealth Development Bank of Australia.
