Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Governor - General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, in relation to the preservation of rights of transferred employees.
(2) Regulations made under this section have effect despite any inconsistency with Acts other than this Act.
