CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 158

  (1)   This Act does not affect:

  (a)   the creation of; or

  (b)   any dealings with; or

  (c)   the enforcement of;

equitable interests in relation to an Australian carbon credit unit.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) has effect subject to:

  (a)   section   50; and

  (b)   regulations or legislative rules made for the purposes of section   51; and

  (c)   section   142.

  (3)   This section is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
