Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Regulator must keep a register, to be known as the Emissions Reduction Fund Register.
(2) The Emissions Reduction Fund Register is to be maintained by electronic means.
(3) The Emissions Reduction Fund Register is to be made available for inspection on the Regulator's website.
(4) The Regulator must ensure that the Emissions Reduction Fund Register is up - to - date.
