CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 181

    An amount payable under section   179 or 180:

  (a)   is a debt due to the Commonwealth; and

  (b)   may be recovered by the Regulator, on behalf of the Commonwealth, by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
