CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 258

Period for appointment for Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee members

An Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee member holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.
