Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Applications can be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of decisions of the Comptroller - General of Customs under subsection 7(3), 10(3), 11(3) or 13(3).

"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 .
