Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A candidate or the members of a group may, by giving written notice to the Electoral Commission, revoke the appointment of a person as the agent of the candidate or group, as the case may be.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) has no effect unless it is signed by the candidate or by each member of the group, as the case requires.
