Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person who is, or has been, an officer or a scrutineer shall not either directly or indirectly, divulge or communicate any information with respect to the vote of an elector acquired by him or her in the performance of functions, or in the exercise of powers, under this Act or the regulations in a manner that is likely to enable the identification of the elector.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 10 penalty units, or both.
