COMMONWEALTH ELECTORAL ACT 1918 - SECT 341
Badges or emblems in polling booths
(1) Any officer or scrutineer who wears or displays in a polling
booth on polling day any badge or emblem of a candidate or political party
commits an offence.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to an offence against subsection
(1).

Code .
