Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Any person who accepts, for transmission to the Electoral Commissioner, the custody of, a claim for age 16 enrolment or a claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment shall forthwith transmit the claim to the Electoral Commissioner.
(2) Strict liability applies to an offence against subsection (1).
