Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Court shall give its decision on a petition filed by the Electoral Commission under subsection 357(1A), and shall make an order on the petition, within 3 months after the day on which the petition was filed.
(2) In the case of a petition under subsection 357(1A), subsection 360(1) applies as if for subparagraphs (v), (vi), (vii) and (viii) the following subparagraphs were substituted:
"(v) to declare a candidate elected;
(vi) to declare the election absolutely void;".
