Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsOn any prosecution under this Act the certificate of the Electoral Commissioner, Australian Electoral Officer, or Divisional Returning Officer that the election mentioned in the certificate was duly held and that the person named in the certificate was a candidate at the election shall be evidence of the matter stated.
