Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere any person has secured enrolment in pursuance of an electoral claim, or has made a claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment and any proceedings arise in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of such claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment the person may be called upon to give evidence upon oath to the court as to the truth of the statements contained in the claim for enrolment or transfer of enrolment.
