COUNTER-TERRORISM (TEMPORARY EXCLUSION ORDERS) ACT 2019 - SECT 8

Prohibition on entering Australia if a temporary exclusion order is in force

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   a temporary exclusion order is in force in relation to the person; and

  (b)   the person enters Australia.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 2 years.
