Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chair of the Regulator may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions and powers under this Part to a member of the Regulator.
(2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Chair of the Regulator.
