Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Director may, in writing, authorise a person for the purpose of subsection 17(3) if the person has completed training approved by the Director in the making of assessments.
(2) The Director must not authorise a person for the purposes of subsection 17(3) if a notice under section 17B, 17C, 22F, 22H or 22Q is in force in relation to the person.
