CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) ACT 1995 - SECT 41B

    This Part applies to the following decisions:

  (a)   a decision (as defined in section   5) of the Board;

  (b)   a decision of an accredited person to classify a film or computer game under section   22K.
