Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsNotwithstanding the amendments of the Principal Act made by this Part, the Australian Postal Commission may continue to operate a courier service as provided by the Principal Act for the purpose of the conveyance and delivery of any article that had been collected by the Commission before the commencement of this Part for conveyance and delivery pursuant to the courier service but had not been delivered before that commencement.
