Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsOn and after the commencing day, any functions, duties or powers under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979 that would, if the Authority had not ceased to exist, be required to be performed or be permitted to be exercised by the Authority shall be performed or may be exercised, as the case may be, by the Secretary to the Department of the Capital Territory.
