COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 - SECT 170

Section   37 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a)   by omitting from paragraph   ( 2)(c) "elected, as prescribed, by" and substituting "nominated, as provided by the regulations, to represent"; and

  (b)   by omitting subsections   ( 4), (5), (6) and (10).
