Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, before the commencement of this Part, the Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs purported to refer to the Industries Assistance Commission a matter that could not have been referred to the Industries Assistance Commission under section 23 of the Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973 as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of this Part, being a matter that could be referred to the Industries Assistance Commission under section 23 of the Industries Assistance Commission Act 1973 as amended and in force immediately after the commencement of this Part, that matter shall be deemed to have been referred to the Industries Assistance Commission on the date of commencement of this Part.
