Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs shall, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Part, cause to be transferred to the Petroleum Products Pricing Authority the records of the Prices Justification Tribunal that relate to the production or supply of petroleum products as defined in the Petroleum Products Pricing Act 1981 or to services related to the production or supply of petroleum products as so defined.
(2) The Minister for Business and Consumer Affairs shall, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Part, cause to be transferred to the Australian Archives the records of the Prices Justification Tribunal other than the records referred to in subsection ( 1).
