Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, immediately before the day on which rights, property or assets referred to in subparagraph 22(2)(b)(i) or subsection 23(2), as the case may be, are transferred to a person, the Trust was a party to proceedings specified in the agreement that were pending in a court, that person is, on that day, by force of this section, substituted for the Trust as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the party for which that person is substituted.
