Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commission continues in existence in accordance with, and for the purposes of, the amended agreement until the Commission ceases to function in accordance with the termination agreement.
(2) The Commission, until it ceases to function in accordance with the termination agreement, continues to be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and to be capable of:
(a) suing and being sued in all courts;
(b) acquiring, holding and disposing of real and personal property; and
(c) entering into contracts for, or incidental to, the carrying out of its functions.
