Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister is satisfied that a person has, in accordance with the Treaty, been designated as an Organization inspector, the Minister must, in writing, declare the person to be an Organization inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(2) If the Minister ceases to be so satisfied, the Minister must, in writing, revoke the declaration.
(3) The Minister must give the person a copy of the declaration or revocation.
