COMPREHENSIVE NUCLEAR-TEST-BAN TREATY ACT 1998 - SECT 42

    In the execution of a warrant:

  (a)   the national inspector executing the warrant may obtain such assistance; and

  (b)   the warrant team may use such force against persons and things;

as is necessary and reasonable in the circumstances.
