Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Commonwealth and with the approval of the Minister, engage, under written agreements, persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Office.
(2) The terms and conditions of a person so engaged are those determined by the Director.
