Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Despite the amendment of the Proceeds of Crime Regulations by Part 5, section 34C of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1987 continues to apply in relation to relevant offences that caused financial loss to CSL that were committed before the sale day as if CSL continued to be a GBE.
(2) Unless the contrary intention appears, expressions used in this section that are also used in the Proceeds of Crime Act 1987 have the same respective meanings as in that Act.
