Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before the employment of an employee of CFM is transferred under section 9, CFM must give the employee a written statement setting out the particulars of the benefits to which the employee has accrued an entitlement.
(2) In any proceedings relating to paragraph 9(1)(b), the statement is prima facie evidence of the matters set out in the statement.
(3) A failure by CFM to comply with subsection ( 1) does not affect the validity of the transfer of the employment of the employee.
