CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 110P

  (1)   This Division   applies for the purposes of the Assessment Act and this Act.

  (2)   This Division is subject to the following provisions (which authorise the making of stay orders):

  (a)   section   111C of this Act;

  (b)   subsection   32(2) of the ART Act;

  (c)   subsection   127(2) of the ART Act;

  (d)   subsection   178(2) of the ART Act, including that subsection as it applies because of section   99 of this Act.
