CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 95L

  (1)   If the Registrar applies to the ART for a direction under section   70 of the ART Act (ART may restrict publication or disclosure of information) in relation to an application for ART review, the Registrar is not required to give a copy of the Registrar's application to any party to the application for ART review.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) applies despite paragraph   29(3)(c) of the ART Act.
