CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 98A

    A child aged under 18 is not to give oral testimony for the purposes of an ART review of a decision that relates to the child if:

  (a)   he or she is the child of a party; or

  (b)   a party is a non - parent carer of the child.
