CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 98D

    If a party to an ART review appeals under Part   7 of the ART Act to a court on a question of law from a decision of the ART in relation to the review, the parties to the proceeding in the court are the parties to the review.
