Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by notice in the Gazette , declare the whole, or any specified part of, the land located at Broadmeadows in the State of Victoria that has been transferred to CSL or a wholly - owned subsidiary of CSL by the Commonwealth on or before the sale day to be the Broadmeadows land for the purposes of this Division.
