Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Court has power under subsection 19Q(3) to grant an injunction restraining CSL from engaging in particular conduct, the Court may, as well as granting an injunction, make such orders as it thinks appropriate against CSL or any other CSL body involved in the conduct.
(2) If the Court has power under subsection 19Q(4) to grant an injunction requiring CSL to do a thing, the Court may, as well as granting an injunction, make such orders as it thinks appropriate against CSL or any other CSL body involved in the refusal or failure of CSL to do the thing.
