CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT 1995 - SECT 13H

When goods are Japanese originating goods

    For the purposes of this Act, goods are Japanese originating goods if, and only if, they are Japanese originating goods under Division   1K of Part   VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
