CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 5) 2001 - SECT 2

  (1)   Subject to subsection   (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

  (2)   Schedule   1 to this Act commences on 1   January 2002 .
