Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may renew a general licence if the holder of the licence makes an application for renewal before the licence expires.
(2) If an application for renewal of a general licence is made, the licence is taken to continue to be in force until the application is decided.
(3) A general licence may be renewed more than once.
