COASTAL TRADING (REVITALISING AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING) ACT 2012 - SECT 42

    A person contravenes this section if:

  (a)   the person is the holder of a temporary licence; and

  (b)   the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

  (c)   the act or omission breaches a condition imposed on the licence under section   40 or 41.

Civil penalty:

  (a)   for an individual--50 penalty units; and

  (b)   for a body corporate--250 penalty units.
