Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) At any time before the Minister decides an application, the applicant may notify the Minister, in writing, that the applicant wishes to withdraw the application.
(2) If the applicant withdraws the application, the application fee is not refundable.
