Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director must have, and must issue to every other national inspector, a card identifying the holder as a national inspector.
(2) An identity card must:
(a) be in an approved form; and
(b) incorporate a recent photograph of the person.
(3) As soon as practicable after a person ceases to be a national inspector the person must return the card to the Director.
Penalty for a contravention of this subsection: 1 penalty unit.
(4) An offence under subsection (3) is an offence of strict liability.
