Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This Division applies if a prohibited substance test in respect of a person returns a positive test result, unless the result must be disregarded under subsection (2).
(2) A positive test result must be disregarded in the circumstances (if any) specified in the Defence Instructions.
