Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a person is affected by a reviewable decision made by a delegate of the reviewer for the decision, the person may apply to the reviewer for reconsideration of the decision.
(2) The application must:
(a) be in an approved form (if any); and
(b) set out the reasons for the application.
(3) If the rules prescribe a fee for making an application under this section, the application is taken not to have been made unless the fee is paid.
