DATA AVAILABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY ACT 2022 - SECT 44

    For the purposes of paragraph   42(1)(b), the Commissioner's guidance related functions are to make:

  (a)   data codes under section   126; and

  (b)   guidelines under section   127.
