Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chief of the Defence Force may, by signed writing, delegate to a person any of his or her powers or functions under this Act.
(2) A delegation under this section continues in force despite a change in the occupancy of, or a vacancy in, the office of Chief of the Defence Force.
