Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is a defence member or a defence civilian commits an offence if the person provides the enemy with, or permits or enables the enemy to have access to, arms, ammunition, vehicles, supplies of any description or any other thing likely to assist the enemy.
Maximum punishment: Imprisonment for life.
(2) It is a defence if the person proves that he or she had a reasonable excuse for the relevant conduct.
