Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Act, where a reviewing authority quashes a prescribed acquittal of a person of a service offence and does not give a direction under subsection 164(3) with respect to the person or order a new trial of the person for the offence, the person shall be deemed to have been acquitted of the offence without qualification.
