Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Military Prosecutions holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.
(2) The Director of Military Prosecutions is eligible for reappointment, but must not hold office for a total of more than 10 years.
